How to use

1. Freeze the pan — 12 hours in the freezer, or overnight. This is the only step that takes time.
2. Pour your base — cream, yoghurt, milk or juice. Add fruit, chocolate, whatever you like.
3. Spread it thin across the frozen surface with the spatula.
4. Wait 2–3 minutes until it sets firm.
5. Scrape and roll — push the spatula flat across the surface and watch it curl.
